A special membership meeting may be called by the board, by the person authorized in the articles or bylaws, or by members with at least 10 percent of the votes entitled to be cast on any issue proposed, unless the articles or bylaws set a different percentage (not to exceed 25 percent). Chapter 47F uses the same 10 percent default; Chapter 47C uses 20 percent.
