The pool pump, the elevator, the backflow test. On a calendar.
Recurring maintenance on rails — schedules, assignees, proof of completion.
The pool pump, the elevator inspection, the backflow test, the dryer-vent cleaning. Communities run on recurring maintenance, and memory is not a maintenance plan.
How it works
Build each task once: what, where, how often, who. The scheduler generates occurrences on the calendar, assigns them to staff, managers, or vendors, and rolls overdue work into a single 8am summary instead of one email per task. Completion takes a note and a photo, so the record shows the work happened. Bring an existing plan in by CSV, locations included.
How real communities use it
Condo: 40 recurring tasks from elevator to irrigation, imported from a spreadsheet in one morning.
Marina: dock inspections and pump-out service on fixed cycles with photo proof.
Pairs with Work Orders for the unplanned breakages and Employees for who does the work.
