There's no app store listing, no account to create, and no long download. The install banner appears, the member taps once, and your community sits on their home screen.
How does a member install it?
Visit the portal on a phone and the install prompt appears. Android installs with one tap. iPhone shows short add-to-home-screen steps. Communities on their own domain get their own name under the icon, so the phone says your community, not our company.
What happens when new features ship?
The app updates itself. When a new version deploys, the installed app picks it up the next time it opens, with no app review wait and no member stuck three versions back. Every phone in the community runs the current portal.
What if the signal drops?
The app shows a clean offline page instead of a browser error. The moment the connection returns, one tap brings the portal back.
