The meeting list

Every meeting produces a list of work. Owners and due dates.

Board to-dos with owners and due dates. Each task can carry a formatted note, files, and a typed link to a unit or person.

Every board meeting produces a list. Call the insurance agent, get the tree quote, fix the gate code. Tasks gives that list owners, due dates, and a place to live that is not the secretary's notebook.

How it works

Anyone with board access creates a task, assigns it to a director, staff member, or manager, and sets the date. Write a formatted note, up to 1,000 characters, with a live count. Attach PDFs, Word, Excel, or images. Type in About to link the task to a unit, owner, renter, employee, or area of the building.

Completion takes a note or a photo, and a task that turns out to be a real repair converts to a work order in one click. My Work is the other half: one inbox showing everything assigned to you. A community association manager with several communities sees all of them merged in one list, labeled by community.

How real communities use it

HOA: meeting action items go in before adjournment, so nothing evaporates by Tuesday.

CAM portfolio: one manager works five communities from a single inbox.

Pairs with Work orders and Preventive maintenance.
