Each community's lines

Renters book the clubhouse, or they don't. It's a switch.

Per-feature switches for what residents can do in your portal.

Every community draws its own lines. Some want renters booking amenities, some do not. Some open the marketplace to everyone, some keep it owner-only. Permissions puts those lines on switches.

How it works

Settings shows a simple table: for each member-facing feature — amenity booking, marketplace posting, survey responses, form submission, vehicle registration, travel self-reporting, legal library — the board picks residents-on or management-only. Enforcement is server-side, and members who hit a disabled feature see a friendly note that the board turned it off, not an error.

How real communities use it

Condo: marketplace on, self-reported travel off, renter amenity booking on.

Deed-restricted community: everything through the office except surveys.

Pairs with the directory's role model: owner, renter, staff, board, each seeing what they should.
