The association must meet at least once a year. Special meetings may be called by the president, a majority of the board, or unit owners having 20 percent of the votes (or any lower bylaw percentage). Notice is 10 to 60 days, hand-delivered or prepaid U.S. mail to the unit or another address the owner designated in writing. The notice must state time, place, and agenda, including the general nature of any proposed amendment, budget change, or removal of an officer or board member.
