At least 10 days before a meeting to consider discipline or a damage-reimbursement charge, the board must give the member individual notice of the date, time, place, the alleged violation, and the right to attend and speak. The member may cure before the meeting (or commit to cure if more time is needed). A written decision goes out within 14 days. Amended by AB 130, effective June 30, 2025.
