An association may not prohibit, among other things: flags and political signs (content-neutral size/location rules only), religious items on an entry door, parking of an emergency-service vehicle, xeriscaping and drought-prevention landscaping, renewable-energy devices, fire-hardened building materials, or licensed child care in a unit. Reasonable, content-neutral rules on number, size, and location are allowed.
