Member-meeting notice must be fair and reasonable. Notice is fair and reasonable if it states place, date, and time and is given no fewer than 10 days (30 days if not first-class, registered, or statutory overnight) and no more than 60 days before the meeting. For a condominium or elected-in HOA owner meeting, the association statute's 21-day / 7-day clock controls where it speaks.
