Before submitting to this article the association must be incorporated as a business corporation or a nonprofit membership corporation. The corporate name must include 'homeowners,' 'property owners,' 'community,' 'club,' or 'association.' Membership lasts for as long as the person owns the lot. Articles and bylaws are kept at the principal and registered offices and furnished to a lot owner on request for a reasonable charge.
