Starting no later than the first conveyance to a non-declarant, the association must carry property insurance on common elements and units (not owner betterments) at not less than 80 percent of actual cash value after deductibles, plus CGL. Rebuild unless the condominium is terminated, repair is illegal, or 80 percent of unit owners (or the declaration's other percentage) vote not to. Cancel only after 30 days' mailed notice.
