Work or materials requested by one condominium owner are not a lien on anyone else's condominium unless that other owner expressly consented — emergency repairs are deemed consented. Work on the common areas that the management body authorized is deemed done with every owner's express consent. An owner may clear his unit from a multi-unit lien by paying the fraction attributable to his condominium.
