This chapter applies only if a plan is recorded with the chancery clerk of the county: a description or survey map of the land, diagrammatic floor plans detailed enough to identify each unit and its approximate dimensions, and a certificate consenting to recordation signed and acknowledged by the record owner and all record holders of security interests. Amend or revoke the same way. Until a revocation is recorded, the chapter keeps applying.
