A conversion declarant (and a dealer offering units in such a condominium) must give each residential tenant and subtenant in possession notice of the conversion and the disclosure statement no later than 60 days before they are required to vacate. For 60 days after that notice the offeror must offer to convey the occupied unit to the tenant; if the tenant does not buy, the offeror may not for the following 60 days offer that unit at a more favorable price. Vacate notice may not be shorter than the Uniform Owner-Resident Relations Act requires.
