Keep correct and complete books and records of account and minutes of member, board, and board-authority committee proceedings. Keep at the registered or principal office in New Mexico a record of the names and addresses of members entitled to vote. All books and records may be inspected by any member, or the member's agent or attorney, for any proper purpose at any reasonable time. No deadline and no penalty. Article 16's ten-business-day / fifty-dollar-a-day records right overlays this for HOAs; condo records stay at the weaker 'reasonably available' standard in §47-7C-18.
