A member is entitled to inspect and copy, during regular business hours at the principal office, the records required by §16-01(e) if the member gives the corporation written notice at least five business days before the date the member wishes to inspect. Accounting records and the membership list are inspectable only on a good-faith proper-purpose demand that describes the purpose and the records with reasonable particularity. Chapter 47C / 47F's 'reasonably available' records right is the association overlay and controls where it speaks.
