A nonprofit must keep permanent minutes of member and board meetings (and of actions without a meeting), accounting records, and a membership list that can produce names, addresses, and votes by class. At the principal office it must keep the articles, bylaws, board/member resolutions on membership rights, membership-meeting minutes for the past three years, written communications to members for the past three years, a list of names and addresses of current directors and officers, and the most recent annual report.
