Member-meeting notice must be fair and reasonable. Notice is fair and reasonable if it states place, date, and time and is given no fewer than 10 days and no more than 60 days before the meeting (30 days' minimum if not first-class or registered). The Homeowners Association Act's 48-hour budget-increase clock does not apply to corporations under this chapter (§27-30-140(2)).
