On written notice at least five business days in advance, a member may inspect articles, bylaws, member-meeting minutes, three years of general member communications including financial statements, the current director-and-officer list, and the most recent annual registration — no reason required. Board-minute excerpts, accounting records, and the membership list take the same five business days but only for a good-faith proper purpose described with reasonable particularity. From 1 January 2027, SB 406 §43-17A-7 also gives owners a records right that includes three years of finalized financials.
