One owner present may cast a unit's votes unless another co-owner protests. Proxies are valid only for that meeting, must arrive by 4:30 p.m. on the second business day before, and a standard form uses the four boxes (quorum only / named person / board majority / split among directors present). A managing agent or resident manager may not solicit owner proxies except for quorum.
