At least one members' meeting must be held each calendar year to elect directors. Missing the designated date does not dissolve the corporation. If the annual meeting has not been called within six months after that date, any ten members, or members holding 5 percent or more of the voting power, may call it. Special meetings may be called by the president, the board, or anyone the documents authorize; the secretary must set the meeting 10 to 60 days after a proper written request. A certified alphabetical voting list must be produced on any member's request.
