Members may remove one or more directors they elected, without cause, only at a meeting called for that purpose; the notice must state that removal is a purpose. The votes cast to remove must be enough to have elected the director. An entire board may be removed that way. The board may remove a director it elected, without cause, by a two-thirds vote of the directors then in office (or any greater number the articles or bylaws set).
