Keep as permanent records the minutes of all member and board meetings, records of actions taken without a meeting, and committee actions. Maintain appropriate accounting records and a membership record that can produce an alphabetical-by-class list of names and addresses with the number of votes each member may cast. At the principal office keep current articles and bylaws, board resolutions about members' rights, member-meeting minutes and member-approved actions for the past three years, written communications to members generally for the past three years, a list of current directors and officers, and the most recent annual report delivered to the Secretary of State.
