Unless the bylaws provide otherwise, an association quorum is persons entitled to cast 20 percent of the votes that may be cast for election of the executive board, present in person, by proxy, or via simultaneous remote electronic means at the beginning of the meeting. Unless the bylaws specify a larger percentage, an executive-board quorum is persons entitled to cast 50 percent of the votes on that board, present at the beginning of the meeting. Amended by Laws 2025, ch. 62.
