If only one of several owners of a unit is present, that owner casts all votes allocated to the unit; if more than one is present, a majority in interest must agree. Votes may be cast by a dated proxy; it is void if undated or if it purports to be revocable without notice, and it terminates one year after its date unless it specifies a shorter term. Votes allocated to a unit owned by the association may not be cast.
