On a resale that does not require a declarant disclosure statement, the unit owner furnishes the declaration (other than plats), bylaws, rules, and a resale certificate covering unpaid assessments, fees, reserves, the latest financials, insurance, and the other listed items. The association has ten working days after a unit owner's request to furnish the certificate. The unit owner is not liable to the purchaser for erroneous information the association provided.
