A corporation may have one or more classes of members, or none. If it has members, the classing, election or appointment, qualifications, and rights go in the articles or bylaws. If it has none, say so in the articles or bylaws. Certificates evidencing membership may be issued. An HOA declaration that makes every lot owner a member is the classing document this section leaves room for.
