The board adopts the initial bylaws. Power to alter, amend, or repeal them stays with the board unless the articles or bylaws say otherwise. Bylaws may contain any provision for managing the corporation that is not inconsistent with law or the articles. Execute bylaws by two authorized officers, keep them at the principal office in New Mexico, and make them inspectable and copyable by the public (copy fee capped at one dollar per page).
