Officers and board members must discharge their duties in good faith and meet the Chapter 55A director and officer standards. Within 30 days after the board adopts a proposed budget, it must send every lot owner a summary and a notice of the ratification meeting, which is 10 to 60 days after mailing. No quorum is required; the budget is ratified unless a majority of all lot owners rejects it. Not later than the end of declarant control, the owners elect a board of at least three members, a majority of whom must be lot owners. Owners may remove a non-declarant board member by majority of those present at a quorate meeting.
