A corporation must keep permanent minutes of member and board meetings and of actions without a meeting, maintain accounting records, and keep an alphabetical membership list with votes. At the principal office it must keep articles, bylaws, member-right resolutions, three years of member-meeting minutes, three years of general member communications including financial statements under §33-31-1620, a current director-and-officer list, and the most recent annual report.
