A member may inspect the §33-31-1601(e) records at a reasonable time and place on at least five business days' written notice, no reason required. Accounting records, meeting-minute excerpts beyond the three-year set, and the membership list take the same five business days but only on a good-faith proper-purpose demand that describes the purpose and the records with reasonable particularity. The Homeowners Association Act extends this inspection right to unincorporated associations for the annual budget and membership list (§27-30-150).
