Unless the board holds the meeting solely by remote communication as this section allows, member meetings may be held in or out of Alabama as the bylaws provide; otherwise they are at the registered office in Alabama. An annual members' meeting is held as the bylaws provide. Missing the annual meeting does not dissolve the corporation. Remote-meeting authority was added by later amendment.
