Unless the governing documents provide otherwise, notice of a members' meeting stating the place (if any), day, and hour — and for a special meeting, the purpose — must be delivered not less than 10 nor more than 60 days before the meeting to each member entitled to vote. If remote participation is authorized, the notice must describe the means. Condo associations also follow the 10-to-60-day clock in §35-8A-308.
