Nomination notice goes out at least 30 days before the nomination deadline. Candidate list and voting instructions go out at least 30 days before ballots. Ballots and two preaddressed envelopes mail at least 30 days before the voting deadline. If a director-election quorum fails, a reconvened meeting at least 20 days later may use a 20 percent quorum unless the governing documents set a lower one. Amended by AB 1170, effective January 1, 2026.
