Deliver required notices by prepaid U.S. mail or commercial courier to the designated mailing address, by email to a designated address, by hand delivery to the lot if neither is designated, by mail to the lot, or by any other method reasonably calculated to give notice. A good-faith miss does not invalidate action. In an emergency, any method the association deems appropriate is enough if the notice states the nature of the emergency.
