The declaration must name the condominium (the word 'condominium' in the name or immediately after it) and the association, name every county, describe the real estate, state the maximum number of units the declarant reserves the right to create, describe each created unit's boundaries and identifying number, allocate interests, and include the other listed items — including, if local ordinance requires it, written confirmation from the local zoning official that density complies. The declaration may contain any other matters the declarant deems appropriate.
