Multiple owners of a unit vote as a majority-in-interest unless the declaration says otherwise. Contested board seats are elected by secret ballot. On request of 20 percent of owners present or represented (with a quorum), any owner-wide vote is by secret ballot. Ballots are counted by a neutral third party or by volunteer owners who are not board members or candidates. Proxies are allowed as the bylaws and this section provide.
