Regular or special board meetings may be held in or out of New Mexico on such notice as the bylaws prescribe. Attendance waives notice unless the director attends solely to object. Notice need not state purpose unless the bylaws require it. Unless the articles or bylaws restrict it, directors and committees may participate by conference telephone or similar equipment so that all can hear each other, or via simultaneous remote electronic means, and that counts as presence in person. Remote-electronic presence added by Laws 2025, ch. 62. Article 16 still requires 48-hour owner notice of HOA board meetings.
